This policy covers the NotifHub Android app (“NotifHub”, “the app”). NotifHub is a notification-mirroring utility: it shows the notifications your phone already receives in one in-app screen, lets you copy/reply to/dismiss them from there, and keeps a local history.
INTERNET permission at all.To do its job, NotifHub uses Android’s Notification Listener permission
(BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE). Once you grant it, NotifHub can read the notifications
posted by other apps on your device, including:
You control which apps NotifHub actually keeps: only apps you add to the whitelist (Settings → Apps) are saved to history or shown as Active cards. Notifications from apps you haven’t whitelisted are ignored and never stored. You can revoke notification access at any time in Android’s system settings, which immediately stops NotifHub from receiving any further notifications.
All of it stays on your device, inside NotifHub’s local app storage:
NotifHub also stores settings you configure yourself (the app whitelist, quick-launch picks, reply templates, keyword-highlight rules, and display preferences) in the same local storage.
NotifHub does not share, sell, transmit, or otherwise send any data anywhere. There is no backend this data could go to — the app makes no network requests.
NotifHub is a general-purpose utility not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect data relating to children. It has no account system and no way to identify who is using the app.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new effective date.
